We are located in Houston, Texas, and typically represent clients in the Harris County (Northwest Houston, Spring, Champions, Tomball, and Cypress), and Montgomery County (The Woodlands, and Conroe). We represent clients in every level of the Texas state court system. Our major practice areas are Civil Litigation (including contract disputes, small business litigation, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), construction law, and business litigation and incorporation), Personal Injury (including motor-vehicle accidents, wrongful death, products liability, insurance claims, and medical malpractice), and Family Law (including divorce, property division, custody, and child support issues).
